At Olfactory Club, we are committed to delivering high-quality perfumes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, our return and refund policy is designed in accordance with standard practices in Bangladesh.

1. General Policy
Perfumes and fragrance products are non-returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
We strongly recommend customers check the product carefully at the time of delivery.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
No other reasons (including change of mind or fragrance preference) will be accepted.
3. Time Limit for Claims
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with the following details:

- Product Name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence (if applicable)

5. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- In case of damage, evidence must be provided
We reserve the right to reject returns if the conditions are not met.
6. Return & Exchange Process
- After reviewing your request, our team will confirm eligibility
- You may be asked to return the product through a designated courier service
- Once we receive and verify the product, we will:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Proceed with a refund (if replacement is not available)
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is unavailable
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket)
- Processing time: 3–7 working days after verification
8. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- In case of valid returns (damaged/wrong product), return delivery cost may be covered or adjusted by Olfactory Club
9. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used
- Customer does not like the fragrance
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
10. Important Notes
- Fragrance performance may vary based on body chemistry and environment
- Slight variation in scent perception is normal and not considered a defect
- Customers are encouraged to review product details before ordering
