5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)
  • Prices may change without prior notice

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
  • Bank Transfer (if applicable)

Prepaid orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery Policy

Estimated delivery times:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are non-returnable once opened.

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product has been delivered

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not available
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after verification

Customers are advised to:

  • Test perfume on a small skin patch before full use

Olfactory Club is not responsible for:
